Founded in 2020 by a group of passionate Australian adventurers, Aussie Adventure Gear was born from a simple frustration: the difficulty of finding quality outdoor equipment that could handle Australia's unique and challenging environments.
After countless camping trips in the Outback, hiking expeditions through the Blue Mountains, and beach adventures along our spectacular coastline, our founders realised that generic outdoor gear simply wasn't cut out for the Australian landscape. The extreme heat, sudden weather changes, and rugged terrain demanded equipment that was not just good, but exceptional.
What started as a small operation in a Sydney garage has grown into Australia's most trusted source for premium tourist and outdoor equipment. We've personally tested every product we sell in the harsh Australian conditions, from the scorching deserts of the Northern Territory to the alpine regions of Victoria.
